This notice explains how yegIT Solutions handles information submitted through the public website, quote forms, support forms, email links, and portal handoff pages.
Payment work is routed to the yegIT portal and its payment provider.
Information You Provide
Quote and support forms may collect your name, company, email, phone number, site address, service area, urgency, summary, and project details.
Billing links may ask for an invoice ID and secure URL key when you choose to open a guest invoice link. Those values are used to build the portal URL in your browser.
Email links open your mail client so you can send the request directly to support@yegitsolutions.ca.
How Information Is Used
Submitted details are used to respond to support requests, prepare quotes, identify customer accounts, route billing questions, and document service work.
Portal actions, ticket work, invoice records, and recurring billing records are handled inside the yegIT portal rather than the public website.
Technical logs may record basic request metadata such as time, browser type, source page, and network address for security and troubleshooting.
Security and Retention
Requests should be stored only as long as needed for support, billing, documentation, legal, or business record purposes.
Sensitive credentials, payment secrets, Microsoft 365 secrets, and remote-support keys should not be submitted through public website forms.
